CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

Each person, hereinafter called the “User”, that has been granted access to the website with address http://www.aldo-bg.com, hereinafter called the “Site”, and to the information and services on it, hereinafter called the “Content” supplied by Aldo Supermarkets EOOD (Ltd.), agrees to and accepts the following General Conditions of Use.

The User of this Site shall observe these General Conditions, and all regulations of the Bulgarian and international legislation. Should the User disagree to the General Conditions he/she shall immediately terminate using the Site. The Supplier shall not be held responsible for the User’s failure to read these present Conditions.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please, read carefully these Conditions of Use. This is an agreement that regulates the relations between you and Aldo Supermarkets EOOD. The agreement covers the conditions under which you are entitled to use our Site. If you do not accept the Conditions of Use of the services offered by Aldo Supermarkets EOOD, you shall not be entitled to use this Site. Aldo Supermarkets EOOD guarantees the quality of the services and goods it offers.

 Property rights to the Site and to the ALDO trademark:

The entire Content of the Site: software, photos, graphs, texts and interface, is property of Aldo Supermarkets EOOD. This Content was created for the purpose to assist the Site Users to make use of our services to the maximum. Any other use of the materials listed above, inclusive of any modification, reproduction and distribution without the prior written consent of Aldo Supermarkets EOOD, is punishable under the law.

You, in your capacity of User, shall hold harmless  and shall indemnify Aldo Supermarkets EOOD and any third persons  for any and all suffered losses and missed benefits, inclusive of any and all costs and legal fees paid as a result of  claims raised and/or compensations paid to third parties in relation to Internet sites, hyper-links, materials or information you have used or placed with the server or anywhere else  in the space of http://www.aldo-bg.com, or such you have forwarded or distributed or made known to third persons or made accessible through http://www.aldo-bg.com in breach of the law,  these present Conditions of Use, the accepted principle of morality or the Internet ethics.   

Aldo Supermarkets EOOD guarantees to its Users confidentiality of the information and personal data provided.  Your personal data will not be used, provided or made known to third persons apart from the cases specified under these present Conditions of Use.

Aldo Supermarkets EOOD collects and uses information in order to improve the services offered.

All purposes, for which Aldo Supermarkets EOOD may use the provided information, shall comply with the Bulgarian legislation, the applicable international acts, the accepted principle of morality and the Internet ethics. The information may be used by Aldo Supermarkets EOOD except in the event of explicit disapproval of the User forwarded to the following e-mail address: office@aldosupermarkets.bg.

The materials published on the Site are used for legal purposes. Aldo Supermarkets EOOD controls this Site from its central office located at Slivnitsa Blvd. No. 24 , in the city of Varna.  We do not approve of the content of the Site to be used by other persons for other purposes.

Our Site may contain links to other sites. We would like you to know that as of the moment you choose to use these links you become a subject of their company policy.  That releases Aldo Supermarkets EOOD from responsibility. We shall be held liable only for our own company policy.

We use the necessary care and take responsibility for protection of any User’s information that has become known to us by reason of provision of the services that are the subject matter of these present Conditions, except in cases of insurmountable force, chance event or malicious acts of third persons.

These restrictions shall not apply to cases where a User or other persons under the User’s control have performed malicious acts or have infringed on the rights or legal interests of any third persons. In that case, we shall be entitled to submit such User’s personal information to the relevant competent governmental authorities in accordance with the current legislation in effect.
